The location was best possible and incredibly convenient, within walking distance of a multilayered museum. The restaurant was incredible with our dinner at Lung King Heen-the 3-Michelin-star Cantonese restaurant here, I had appetising dishes.
Nothing at all.

Luxurious hotel with nicely furnished rooms and wonderful view across the harbor. Amazing breakfast items; caring and top-class staff. Nice and ideal location to Victoria Peak. The property of choice in Hong Kong.
Poorly trained staff!

The pool was lovely and I had warm drinks in the lounge bar. Overall it was well-appointed with breathtaking views of victoria harbour. Unbeatable and best possible location to a luxurious mall that has direct access to the train system, met required needs...

Appreciated its fantastic friendly staff.
The room was upgraded to the gorgeous Harbour View and available with a great view. We were in a good location relatively near a night club.

Overall exceptional service.
Simply no complaints, great stay. Excellent breakfast with a wide range of options, wonderful and spotless place. The staff were consistently courteous and pleasant and assisted us with private parking. Marvellous location, just next door to Central Ferry Piers, thoroughly enjoyed this place. Based close to a taxi which can have a variety of prices depending on the amount of time taken to arrive at the airport, the Hong Kong International Airport, and Hong Kong or Asia.

Best possible and incredibly comfortable location in a very convenient area so close to Lan Kwai Fong, amazing Shikigiku Japanesr restaurant and everything, day and night. Good bed, huge and beautifully maintained room.

The high tea experience at the hotel lounge was absolutely delightful. The service provided by the staff was impressive, with Darius and Claudelina going above and beyond to make our celebration memorable. The food served was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was magical. Additionally, the French cuisine at Caprice was outstanding, with a creative menu that included mouthwatering dishes such as scallops, onion soup. The service provided by Assistant Manager Dino Hui was commendable, and the hotel's emphasis on hygiene was reassuring, with temperature checks and hand sanitizers available.
This was a small letdown considering the overall quality of the hotel. It would have been nice to have a wider selection of channels and better picture quality for entertainment purposes.

They offer generous sized, nicely furnished rooms with a birthday cake & bottle of bubbly, a harbour view plus nice champagne. It has nice and ideal location around 4-6 minutes walk from Exchange Square. You could walk to a large shopping center and shopping centers.

All in all best possible and incredibly comfortable setting so close to the ferry terminal and the airport express line as well as close to a nice neighbourhood. Beautifully maintained and huge rooms with a safe box, multi-channel TV and a mini bar fridge. Lovely pool, parking onsite❤
